Beier RC-SM-16 Switching Module
The RC-SM-16 is a custom-programmable switching module for RC models. The switching module features 16 switching outputs and 4 servo outputs.
LEDs, lamps, and relays, for example, can be connected to the 16 switching outputs. Servos or speed controllers can be controlled via the 4 servo outputs.
The switching and servo outputs are controlled via up to five proportional inputs, which are connected to a standard RC receiver. The S-BUS, i-BUS, and SUMD/SUMD3 summed signals are also supported. This provides a total of eight proportional channels.
The following controls can be used on the remote control to control the outputs and servos:
Sticks, rotary knobs, sliders, switches
Nautic/Multi-switch modules (Graupner, Robbe, BEIER NMS and EMS)
Kraftwerk control pad (as well as compatible scripts for touchpads)
Digital switches with sum signal SUMD3
It is also possible to control the switching module via Bluetooth using the Android smartphone app "SFR-1 Controller".
The 16 switching outputs can be switched on and off separately. The RC-SM-16 can also evaluate throttle and steering signals to switch the brake lights, reverse lights, and turn signals according to the model's driving situation.
For wireless transmission of signals to a semi-trailer and trailer, an IR transmitter diode for the light modules SM-IR-16-2, LM-IR-8-1 and LM-IR-16-4 or a Bluetooth transmitter for the LM-BT-16-4 can be connected.
The free Windows software "RC-SM-16 Teacher" is required to configure the switching module.
The settings are transferred using the data cable K-USB-2 (not included!).
